We are seeking a dynamic German Speaking Business Development Representative to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Business Development Representative (BDR) team, you will play an essential role in driving our sales efforts and accelerating revenue growth. BDRs are critical in generating qualified leads through both inbound and outbound channels, profiling potential clients, and offering invaluable insights on the efficacy of our sales and marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will represent the forefront of our sales operations, focusing on revenue generation, growth, and overall success. With your exceptional communication skills and the training provided, you will transform conversations into Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).

Develop and maintain a targeted prospect list while qualifying inbound leads based on the established framework.
Conduct lead generation activities in alignment with best practices outlined in our sales development playbook, providing feedback for process enhancement based on field insights.
Effectively articulate Semperis’ value propositions and offerings to prospects within various IT organizations.
Collaborate with assigned Account Executives to strategize the development of your assigned territory.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas and performance metrics.
Keep prospect information and sales activities up-to-date in systems like Outreach.
