2. Leadership and Team Development
▪ Attract, train, and mentor sales consultants to enhance their performance.
▪ Set clear individual and team sales objectives, providing consistent feedback and coaching.
▪ Conduct regular sales meetings to assess progress and tackle any challenges.

3. Customer Relationship Management
