We are searching for a strategic and hands-on General Manager – Marketing who not only manages advertising but owns the growth process end-to-end. Your Responsibilities
This is a high-ownership role. You will be at the forefront of driving growth.
Growth & Performance
- Take charge of scaling performance marketing on platforms like Google, Meta, and emerging channels.
- Lead user acquisition efforts at scale while continuously optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Create and refine full-funnel growth experiments involving audience segmentation, creative development, landing pages, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
- Transform data into actionable insights quickly.
Creative x Growth
- Collaborate closely with the creative strategy team to produce ad assets that drive conversions.
- Develop a keen intuition for what works, why it works, and how to scale successful strategies.
- Balance speed with learning—test rapidly, eliminate underperformers, and double down on successful initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage deeply with the content, category, and product teams to align user demand with our offerings.
- Ensure that new users find immediate value—not just installations but measurable outcomes.
- Bridge the gap between growth metrics and genuine user behavior.
Data, Tracking & Systems
- Enhance attribution, tracking, and reporting using tools like GA, Appsflyer, and dashboards.
- Provide visibility into what is effective and identify areas that are silently causing financial losses.
- Establish growth systems that can scale beyond individual contributions.
Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth and marketing team.
- Elevate standards around ownership, clarity, and execution.
- Act as a founder for growth—because this role embodies that spirit.
