JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the store during your shifts. This includes managing costs, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. You will set the standard by adhering to all company policies and procedures, ensuring your team does the same.
Your responsibilities will also encompass staffing, paperwork, financial management, food quality, maintaining an immaculate store image, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring punctuality and attendance. Your role will be pivotal in driving profitability and marketing efforts.
