Join Our Team as a General Manager!
At Domino's Pizza, we are seeking a dedicated and energetic General Manager to lead our team at our Ontario location. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate all equipment and manage stock ingredients from delivery and storage areas.
- Prepare products and manage telephone orders effectively.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete associated paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis.
Training: Comprehensive orientation and hands-on training will be provided.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to understand and provide clear written instructions, and to communicate effectively with customers and staff, both over the phone and in person.
Essential Skills:
- Mathematical proficiency for quick and accurate calculations.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Proficient verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills for order processing.
- Excellent motor coordination for precise movements.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
Work Conditions: You may experience varying weather conditions while handling outside tasks. In-store temperatures can range from 36 degrees in the cooler to above 90 degrees in some areas. You will also be exposed to food odors, dust, and the possibility of working in cramped spaces.
Sensory Requirements: Ability to communicate clearly via phone, and the capability for near and mid-range vision for most tasks.
Temperament Requirements: Must be able to lead and direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work efficiently under stress, and meet strict quality control standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Majority of tasks performed while standing, with occasional tasks requiring walking short distances.
- Ability to lift bulk products weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to push trays and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
