Your Role:
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities into valued clients of RTB House.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at leading gaming studios, developers, and agencies to enhance re-engagement and revenue streams.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partnerships, managing all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Ensure high-quality customer relationship management and client satisfaction.
- Provide precise forecasts to internal stakeholders and regularly report on progress, budgeting, and goal achievements.
- Represent RTB House at key industry events to elevate brand recognition.
- Enhance professional and technical expertise through participation in international training sessions.
- Collaborate with RTB House headquarters and various teams including account management, creative, legal, and tech.
- Create strategies and propose solutions to complex client challenges while cultivating organizational expertise in gaming.
- Advise clients on improving their advertising strategies with relevant recommendations.
- Continuously update industry knowledge, particularly focusing on digital advertising trends within the gaming sector.
- Negotiate sustainable campaign conditions that align with client needs and leverage product knowledge.
