Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the performance of our equipment mechanics and service staff to ensure quality service delivery.
- Schedule repairs for both customer-owned and company-owned rental equipment efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are fully satisfied with our services and informed about how EquipmentShare can further enhance their operations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate employee training and development while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
