The Role:
As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play an essential role in advancing Zyphra’s Agentic Systems and Interaction initiatives. You will be at the cutting edge of developing a state-of-the-art desktop and browser-based agent capable of autonomously navigating the web, interacting with file systems, and accomplishing intricate user tasks. Your work will encompass frontend interfaces, secure sandbox environments, large-scale document search and retrieval, and integration of language and vision models. You’ll work across:
Designing and implementing diverse agentic system architectures that facilitate interaction with browsers, operating systems, enterprise file systems, and collaboration tools.
Creating search and retrieval pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data.
Developing backend layers for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and other information context management systems essential for agent operations.
Integrating large language models (LLMs), vision models, reinforcement learning, and scaffolding frameworks to enable autonomous, multi-step decision-making.
Engineering secure virtualized runtimes and backend services for the execution of agents.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Python with extensive experience in building and debugging complex end-to-end applications.
Background in SaaS environments, production workloads, web interfaces, databases, search engines, and queuing systems.
Experience in developing browser extensions or automation tools with detailed control over browser interactions (mouse, tabs, DOM).
Familiarity with LLMs, prompting techniques, and orchestration frameworks for multi-step reasoning.
Capability to work across the entire stack, from web interfaces to control planes and data infrastructure, including queuing systems, databases, and search indexes.
Experience in designing or working with secure and virtualized execution environments.
A proactive mindset and a strong desire to innovate are essential.
