WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Fullstack Engineer for our external products, you will be instrumental in rapidly iterating on our offerings that cater to both our members and the healthcare providers who assist them. Your contributions will help elevate our initial solutions into robust, scalable products, working across the entire tech stack and various platforms.
Our external products facilitate the comprehensive Thyme Care experience—from member discovery and enrollment to provider collaboration and high-quality care delivery. This encompasses member-facing interfaces such as our website and enrollment processes, as well as provider-focused tools designed to enhance care coordination and clinical workflows.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to create cohesive, user-centered experiences. You will be involved in generating new product ideas, optimizing existing workflows, and ensuring our technology fosters effective communication, data flow, and informed decision-making throughout the care journey.
During your initial six weeks, you will:
- Engage with smaller tasks to familiarize yourself with our member and provider-facing products.
- Take ownership of your first project, gaining insight into Thyme Care's operations and culture.
