Position Overview: As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you will support the store management with daily operations, which include providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, merchandising products, and executing various other tasks as delegated by management. You are expected to perform these responsibilities with professionalism, courtesy, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong customer relationships by providing exemplary service and identifying customer needs.
- Exhibit knowledge of fashion trends to assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their preferences.
- Assist with inventory shipments, merchandising, restocking shelves, and pricing products.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards your role and our company.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate in service training and product programs.
- Support the Store Manager in monitoring inventory loss and ensuring compliance with loss prevention policies.
- Ensure operational compliance, safety, and business standards are upheld.
- Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and merchandising.
- Actively work to minimize inventory shrinkage and protect against theft.
- Follow proper point-of-sale procedures and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Keep management informed of any important developments or issues.
- Help maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Standard work week: 35 to 40 hours.
