YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be instrumental in crafting an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, guiding them throughout the store, and assisting them in locating desired products while effectively showcasing our offerings. You will:
- Utilize your fashion expertise to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Positively represent yourself and the H&M brand in all customer interactions.
YOUR TEAM
Our stores serve as the heart of our organization, offering customers a first-hand experience of our brand. Within the vibrant Store Team, each role—from Sales Advisors to Managers and Visual Merchandisers—plays a crucial part in fostering an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. You will also engage with the broader Area Team, sharing insights and driving collective success.
Alongside your colleagues, you will help customers feel empowered to express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful relationships with customers, we strive to make fashion accessible and sustainable for everyone.
This position reports directly to the Store Manager.
