The Rental Service Agent role has a dual focus:
Customer Experience Champion in rentals.
Commercial Specialist for demos and RV sales conversions.
This position is crucial in ensuring that every customer concludes their journey with satisfaction, whether they are starting a rental adventure or purchasing their future RV.
THE ROLE
The Rental Service Agent oversees all rental operations involving customer interaction and conducts professional demonstrations of RVs to convert leads into buyers. This operational role is highly customer-oriented, blending service, product presentation, operational execution, and commercial follow-up management.
In the rental and sales domain, this individual ensures that every vehicle, every interaction, and every moment experienced by the customer reflects the high standards of Indie Campers.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?
Customer Service and Operations: Manage check-in/check-out processes, conduct briefings, and provide continuous support during the rental period. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy.
Sales Demonstrations and Customer Engagement: Prepare and conduct RV demos, explaining features, technical specifications, and addressing specific customer needs. Ensure smooth deliveries with complete and accurate documentation.
Sales Conversion and Lead Management: Monitor leads, demos, and follow-ups via CRM. Transform rental customers into sales opportunities and assist the RV Sales District and City Lead in achieving targets.
Product Knowledge and Technical Support: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indie Campers' RV models and conduct basic demonstrations of vehicle systems (lighting, gas, etc.). Identify and report issues as necessary.
