Join Redwood Credit Union as a Full-Time Member Service Associate (Teller), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our Members. This position entails executing routine teller operations while enhancing the branch's success through effective product sales and referrals. As a representative of our organization, you will be crucial in providing exceptional support to all credit union and community Members, staff, volunteers, and service partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service:
o Deliver unparalleled service to all Members, volunteers, internal teams, and service providers.
o Articulate and promote products and services to meet Members' needs, cross-selling RCU offerings, including Investment Services, Insurance Services, and Auto Services.
o Assist Members in establishing basic accounts and services.
o Address Member inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person or department.
o Protect Member information and maintain confidentiality by adhering to established policies and procedures.
Transactions:
o Accurately and efficiently process Members' transactions following set policies and procedures.
o Maintain cash and check balances while ensuring proper documentation.
Teamwork and Additional Duties:
o Participate actively in departmental meetings.
o Execute branch opening and closing procedures.
o Fulfill other assigned duties as needed.
o Order and manage Credit Union forms and supplies.
o Engage in Credit Union committees.
