REPORTS TO: Store Manager
SUMMARY: The Floor Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the Store and Assistant Manager in all store operations, including personnel management, product handling, merchandising, visual presentation, and business processes. This position also involves assisting management with the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire and lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the TH Customer Service program, drive sales, minimize losses, and maintain a visually captivating store environment.
- Enhance associate productivity and ensure adherence to company standards and policies while cultivating a results-oriented culture.
- Support associate development through constructive feedback, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Achieve mastery of all operational policies and procedures.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales by ensuring consistent execution of the TH Customer Service program and that merchandise styles and sizes are well represented on the sales floor.
- Assist in training and implementing S.G.M. and TH Customer Service standards.
- Share statistical results, identifying business needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with the team during Take 5 meetings to discuss individual sales performance and key performance indicators, helping them achieve their goals.
- Support training and execution of Direct Replenishment and Recovery processes.
