About the Role: As a Floor Leader, you will be instrumental in empowering the Store Management Team across various business functions. This includes enhancing sales performance, managing store operations, and leading engaging training sessions. Collaborating closely with your leadership team, you will ensure that every aspect of the store operates at peak efficiency, delivering an outstanding customer experience while fostering a motivated and enthusiastic team environment.
Your daily responsibilities will primarily take place on the sales floor, where you will inspire and lead a team of sales associates to exceed their targets.
