Join our team as a Full-Time Beauty Advisor at Bloomingdale’s Tysons Corner, where you will play a pivotal role in achieving retail sales goals through exceptional beauty and fragrance services. Build lasting relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and repeat sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed retail sales targets and productivity metrics.
- Deliver comprehensive customer service, encompassing product information, sales, and seamless execution of in-store events.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Keep the retail counter area and products clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Track sales performance and productivity as directed by management.
- Address customer inquiries regarding Guerlain and its product offerings.
- Provide expert consultations for cosmetic shade selection, skin treatments, makeup applications, artistry, and fragrance choices.
- Resolve customer issues or inquiries via telephone, text, or email, including research and correspondence preparation.
- Maintain the client registration program to nurture existing relationships and cultivate new business through ongoing communication.
- Adhere to all company policies and practices.
- Participate in special projects and perform miscellaneous duties as required by business needs.
- Engage in all other job-related activities as necessary.
Supervision: Reports to the Counter Manager or Business Manager.
