About the job
Who We Are
At Roboflow, our mission is to empower individuals to program the world around them. Vision is essential to our understanding of reality, and we aim to extend this capability to the software applications we develop.
We are creating a comprehensive ecosystem of tools, communities, and resources that enable the world to harness the power of artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies the process of building and utilizing computer vision models. Currently, over 1 million developers, including teams from half of the Fortune 100, leverage Roboflow's open-source and hosted machine learning tools. Our applications range from accelerating cancer research through cell counting, enhancing construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef ecosystems, guiding drone operations, and so much more.
Roboflow has garnered significant support from a diverse range of customers and investors, having raised over $63 million from notable entities such as Y Combinator, Google Ventures, Craft Ventures, and influential figures like Sam Altman and Lachy Groom.
Our team, the Roboflowers, are passionate innovators who prioritize ownership, accountability, and proactive engagement. We thrive on curiosity, hands-on experimentation with cutting-edge technologies, and prefer demonstrating our work over discussing it. Many of us embody a founder’s mindset and excel in our high-autonomy environment.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will focus on developing intelligent, AI-driven experiences that enable users to create computer vision solutions with Roboflow seamlessly, encompassing both in-app functionalities and external integrations. You will also play a key role in refining the core product features that agents depend on, particularly our Workflows, which serves as a computer vision workflow and pipeline builder, as well as enhancing our Deployments offering. Your contributions will include streamlining the process from prototype to production by addressing gaps in functionality and enhancing reliability, tooling, and discoverability.
You will enjoy considerable autonomy to advocate for future developments and will actively partake in product and strategy discussions. If you prefer a rigid, multi-month task list, this role may not align with your preferences.
