Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Website Developer based in the United States who will play a vital role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining websites and CRM systems across multiple platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee comprehensive website and CRM development projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with functional and user-friendly design principles that meet our clients' business objectives. This role is perfect for a proactive developer who possesses robust platform expertise, a polished portfolio, and outstanding communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites using platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
- Manage CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations using tools like HubSpot and HighLevel.
- Oversee full-cycle website and CRM development from initial planning to final launch.
- Ensure project timelines are met while adhering to high standards of quality, performance, and usability.
- Quickly troubleshoot bugs and technical issues, ensuring effective resolution of integration challenges.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Enhance website performance by optimizing for speed, responsiveness, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Maintain transparent communication regarding progress, blockers, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Essential Qualifications:
- Must be located in the United States.
- Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack Developer, Website Developer, or similar roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and HighLevel.
- Proven track record of managing both website and CRM development projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality website and/or CRM projects.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- A keen eye for detail, functionality, and user experience.
- Comfortable working within the EST timezone.
