Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage Vector DB solutions and RAG systems that enhance intelligent search, content suggestions, and automation features within our platform.
- Create and implement scalable ML pipelines that transition from experimentation to production, maintaining high standards of rigor and reliability.
- Connect machine learning models to user-facing features and backend services, ensuring full integration from conception to deployment.
- Lead MLOps practices, including version control, monitoring, deployment pipelines, model drift detection, and continuous evaluation.
- Work alongside product and engineering teams to transform ambiguous business challenges into precise ML problems, delivering impactful solutions.
- Stay updated on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and propose strategic investments for future advancements.
