We are in search of an individual who excels at interpreting Network Information Center (NIC) documentation, comprehending registry-specific requirements, and navigating local presence regulations across various country code top-level domains (ccTLDs). The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative in conducting research when faced with unfamiliar domains, adapts swiftly to frequent changes in registry rules, and proactively seeks solutions from registry websites, vendor documentation, and industry resources. Your Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate domain operations – Process registrations, renewals, and transfers across multiple ccTLDs and registries, ensuring adherence to registry-specific requirements and local presence regulations.
- Develop registry expertise and troubleshooting skills – Research NIC documentation, stay updated on registry rule changes, and independently resolve issues such as stuck orders and authorization challenges utilizing vendor resources.
- Coordinate multi-vendor systems – Collaborate across registrar portals, vendor support teams, and various interfaces to meet complex domain requirements.
- Promote operational excellence – Maintain accurate records in JIRA, generate Excel reports for metrics and renewals, identify areas for process improvement, and support automation initiatives.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with Client Services on escalated issues, collaborate with Engineering on enhancements, and communicate technical requirements to stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in domain operations or fulfillment – Proven track record in processing domain registrations, renewals, and transfers, preferably within a registrar, corporate domains team, or wholesale domain environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
