We are seeking a skilled Frontend Solutions Engineer (m/w/d) to join our expanding Customer Care team. This individual contributor role bridges the domains of design, frontend technology, and client consulting, playing a pivotal part in driving customer adoption, product utilization, and long-term success.
Your expertise in UI/UX, frontend development, and SaaS consulting is vital as you transform customer requirements into scalable, high-quality platform solutions. You will adopt a customer-centric approach, guiding our clients to derive maximum value from Staffbase in visual, technical, and strategic aspects.
This role covers working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (CET).
