As a Management Trainee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations while enhancing the exceptional guest experience we are known for. This position will empower you to lead, innovate, and significantly impact both our guests and your colleagues.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Managing front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes that align with our brand standards.
- Assisting the Front Office Manager in supervising and mentoring team members to provide outstanding guest experiences.
- Addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with personalized solutions.
- Maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective upselling techniques and promoting hotel services and amenities.
- Contributing to team scheduling, operational planning, and optimizing workflows.
- Analyzing guest feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and implementing actionable plans.
