Together, you will address all guest inquiries and requests that come your way. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, delighting them with your radiant smile. Whether it’s checking guests in and out or answering questions from visitors in the lobby, you will make time for everyone. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Welcome and check in/out (inter)national guests and visitors;
Handle room and restaurant reservations;
Communicate with guests over the phone, easily switching to different languages;
Draft and respond to letters and emails;
Inform guests about hotel facilities and the surrounding area;
Act as a liaison between guests and colleagues;
Prevent, resolve, and address complaints, often using improvisation and always with positivity;
Finally, anticipate the needs of guests.
