About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Customer Solutions Architect who possesses a robust understanding of technology, with hands-on experience in pivotal IT domains such as Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. A solid technical foundation, particularly in cloud-based software solutions, is essential for this role.
We appreciate individuals who are not only passionate about technology but also demonstrate a growth mindset, eager to learn and implement new advancements. While familiarity with Elastic solutions is advantageous, an enthusiasm for adopting and effectively applying our suite of solutions to address customer challenges is paramount. This pivotal role involves driving the integration of our Elastic solutions by aligning them with customer business objectives, facilitating onboarding, securing adoption, and promoting expansion.
As a Customer Solutions Architect, you will serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor, collaborating closely with customers and allied teams, such as Field and Services Teams, to ensure our Elastic solutions surpass customer expectations. Your technical prowess, business acumen, and ability to deliver meaningful value will enhance the customer experience, leading to ongoing satisfaction and growth within the Elastic portfolio.
A key aspect of your role will be defining and communicating the technical success criteria for our customers. This includes developing detailed Technical Success Plans tailored to each customer’s specific goals and critical metrics.
These Technical Success Plans will act as a strategic roadmap, outlining the optimal usage and deployment of Elastic solutions within the customer’s environment. They will delineate the necessary steps for implementation, pinpoint achievements for successful consumption or expansion, and ensure alignment with the customer’s business objectives. By executing this plan, you will be viewed as a trusted advisor, steering the customer toward their desired outcomes and ensuring their success and satisfaction.
