About the Role
At Game Seven, we know that exceptional social creativity encompasses everything from bold ideas and cinematic campaigns to culturally relevant memes and timely engagement. We are currently on the lookout for a part-time freelance Social Creative Director (12 - 20 hrs/week) to lead and enhance our social work streams. This role is pivotal in overseeing creative output, ranging from concepts and copy to video, static, and motion content. You will set the creative benchmark by driving concept development, delivering clear direction and feedback, and ensuring every piece of content embodies excellence, efficiency, and cultural relevance.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading large-scale social creative projects within an agency setting and is eager to apply that expertise at Game Seven. You are both a creator and a leader, capable of producing exceptional work while mentoring your team to consistently elevate their performance. You are an advocate for collaboration, uphold rigorous creative processes, and strive for work that stands out while maintaining the everyday content essential for building brands over time.
