Quandela is looking for a Freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent in the quantum technology domain.
In this role, you will be integral to supporting Quandela’s hiring strategy during a period of significant growth.
Collaborating closely with leadership and hiring managers, you will primarily focus on international Go-to-Market hires and support functions, while also aiding in engineering recruitment and enhancing our Talent Acquisition processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing abilities, international recruitment experience, and the capability to utilize modern tools (including AI) to refine candidate sourcing and interview methodologies.
This role is designed as a part-time freelance engagement (3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for pivotal roles including:
Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineers or Architects, Marketing, Communication), Support functions (Legal, Finance, Operations, ...). You may also contribute to hiring for technical roles, such as QA and Project Management.
Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline Development
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify international talent.
- Utilize modern sourcing tools and AI-based solutions for optimized candidate identification.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for key roles.
- Conduct screening interviews and facilitate hiring processes.
Talent Acquisition Process Improvement
Assist in structuring and enhancing Quandela’s recruitment methodologies.
