We are on the lookout for a passionate beauty expert with a strong affinity for clean color cosmetics and effective, safe ingredients. You will embody and promote the ILIA lifestyle while enhancing our in-store presence and delivering an exceptional client experience. Strong communication skills are essential as you will educate store teams on our unique selling points.
This position is available for candidates in the North Jersey area and reports to the Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive for NY Metro.
Key Responsibilities for ILIA Sales and Education Advisors:
Sales Responsibilities:
Drive and surpass sales targets through store visits, events, and relationship building.
Coordinate store visit schedules with management to strategize achieving sales goals and executing corporate initiatives.
Create a monthly calendar to support key retail locations and meet sales objectives.
Demonstrate superior selling skills with a history of achieving set sales goals.
Utilize effective and engaging training methods to ensure consistent sales performance.
Establish strong relationships to boost sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
Collaborate with store and brand leadership teams to manage new store openings effectively.
Training, Events & Education:
Educate store teams on key products to enhance their ability to recommend items, driving retail sales.
Develop brand advocates through training on essential selling and service behaviors that foster client loyalty.
Track and evaluate the impact of events on sales.
Initiate innovative strategies to influence sales positively.
Train all retail associates and freelancers on brand products and necessary selling skills to meet sales targets.
Calendar Execution:
Implement and activate the store visit calendar, summarizing successes and opportunities post-visit in T-Sheets.
Provide a detailed weekly recap of business opportunities, highlights, and successes.
Communication:
Maintain regular communication with management through status calls and prepare updates as needed.
Collaborate with store management to discuss brand opportunities.
Address stock concerns with management and retailer partners to support business needs.
