Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Exceed sales goals through strategic store visits, supporting events, and relationship building.
- Coordinate and strategize with managers to align visit schedules with sales objectives and corporate initiatives.
- Develop a monthly calendar to focus efforts on key retail locations and achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate superior selling skills and a proven ability to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with store and brand leadership to ensure successful new store openings.
Training, Events & Education:
- Educate store teams on hero products to empower retail associates in recommending products to clients, driving sales.
- Develop brand advocates through effective training on key selling and service behaviors.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of events on sales performance.
- Inspire innovative strategies to enhance sales outcomes.
- Train all retail, inter-sell associates, and freelancers on product knowledge and selling skills.
Calendar Execution:
- Activate and manage the store visit calendar, recapping successes and opportunities in T-Sheets.
- Provide detailed weekly business recaps, highlighting opportunities and celebrations.
Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with your manager regarding status updates.
- Collaborate with store leadership to discuss brand opportunities.
- Address stock concerns with the manager and retailer partners as needed.
