Role Overview
As a Junior Journalist and AI Trainer, you will contribute to the training of AI models, influencing how they comprehend and generate human-like text. Your work will go beyond conventional writing; you'll be creating content that aids AI in developing reasoning, logical accuracy, nuance, and clarity.
Each project has distinct tasks, and contributors may:
- Compose original, clear, and fact-checked responses aligned with project directives.
- Develop prompts that stimulate AI engagement.
- Establish comprehensive scoring criteria to assess the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
- Adhere to style and quality standards to maintain consistency.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for those seeking flexible, part-time, non-permanent projects. Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education to ensure a solid grasp of grammar and stylistic nuances.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Journalism, Communications, PR, or related fields, showcasing strong critical thinking and proficiency with English text.
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- A reliable internet connection.

Project Time Commitment
