Business Unit Mission:
M3 is at the forefront of managing thousands of online interviews annually, having developed QualStage to meet the growing demand for remote qualitative research. This platform is user-friendly, secure, and effectively replicates our high-quality in-person research experiences. In addition, we offer support for our clients using other platforms.
As our business expands, we are seeking a dedicated Qualitative Interview Host to collaborate with the Market Research Project Management team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day call management of market research studies, ensuring that projects are completed on time while surpassing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for technical platform inquiries from both internal and external users.
- Evaluate the technical support needs of users and provide timely assistance.
- Prepare respondents for their scheduled interviews to ensure punctual attendance.
- Facilitate the initiation of scheduled interviews and offer troubleshooting support as necessary.
- Assist in the training of moderators and interpreters prior to project commencement.
- Identify and communicate issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to enhance customer support and improve internal processes.
- Stay informed about product features and enhancements to provide internal technical guidance as required.
