Opportunity Overview
While each project presents unique challenges, contributors may be tasked with:
- Creating and designing complex electrical engineering problems that mirror real-world applications.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, foundational assumptions, and constraints.
- Validating calculations or simulations utilizing Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Enhancing AI reasoning to meet industry-standard logical frameworks.
- Implementing structured evaluation criteria for multi-step challenges.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for electrical engineers with Python expertise who are open to part-time, non-permanent projects. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficient written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong Python skills for numerical validation tasks.
- A stable internet connection.
Additional professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international projects are considered advantageous.

Project Time Commitment
Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, based on specific project demands. This represents an estimate and does not guarantee a fixed workload beyond active periods.
Compensation Structure
Contributors can earn up to $50 per hour based on their contribution level and pace. Compensation may vary across different projects depending on their scope, complexity, and the expertise required. Please be aware that other projects on the platform may offer varying compensation levels based on specific project needs.
