Opportunity Overview
Each project presents distinct tasks, and contributors may be required to:
- Design and analyze challenging electrical engineering problems that reflect industry standards.
- Assess AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations.
- Utilize Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) to validate calculations or simulations.
- Enhance AI reasoning capabilities to comply with established logical frameworks.
- Implement structured scoring criteria across multi-step challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is best suited for electrical engineers with Python expertise who are open to part-time, non-permanent engagements. The ideal candidates will possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficient written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong Python skills for numerical validation.
- A stable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.

Project Time Commitment
Tasks for this project are anticipated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, depending on the project’s specific needs. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload, applicable only while the project is active.
Compensation
- Compensated contributions, with rates reaching up to $12/hour
- Fixed project rates or individual rates based on project requirements.
- Some projects may offer additional incentive payments.
