Position Overview
As a Data Science AI Trainer, you will work on exciting projects aimed at enhancing GenAI models to tackle specialized questions and develop complex reasoning capabilities. You will have the chance to collaborate on diverse and unique projects, typically involving:
- Designing innovative computational data science challenges that replicate real-world analytical workflows across various sectors including telecom, finance, government, e-commerce, and healthcare.
- Creating programming problems utilizing Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Ensuring that problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within a reasonable timeframe.
- Developing problems that necessitate intricate reasoning paths in data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and extracting insights.
- Formulating deterministic problems with reproducible answers, avoiding stochastic elements or requiring fixed random seeds for precise reproducibility.
- Drawing upon real business challenges such as customer analytics, risk assessment, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Designing comprehensive problems that encompass the entire data science pipeline from data ingestion to cleaning, exploratory data analysis, modeling, validation, and deployment considerations.
- Incorporating big data processing scenarios that require scalable computational approaches.
- Verifying solutions using Python and standard data science libraries along with statistical methods.
- Clearly documenting problem statements with realistic business contexts and providing verified correct answers.
