As we expand our network of collaborators in Italy, we are looking for meticulous and reliable individuals who are eager to assess customer experiences at automotive dealerships and retail locations.
This is a freelance, project-based opportunity with clearly structured assignments that are compensated based on your geographical location. You can engage continuously or occasionally, depending on your availability.
Your Role
As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will evaluate real customer experiences and provide structured feedback through our digital platform. Each assignment is clearly defined and typically takes about 20–30 minutes, making it ideal for students, young professionals, or anyone seeking a flexible activity that fits alongside other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Select assignments based on your availability and location.
- Observe every detail: assess the ambiance, service level, digital and in-store interactions, follow-up communications, and the entire customer journey.
- Provide honest and detailed feedback via short questionnaires.
