At CXG, a global leader in customer experience, you will collaborate with prestigious brands such as Genesis, Maserati, Jaguar, Bentley, and more. We assist luxury brands in enhancing their customer experience through insights derived from real evaluations.
As part of our expansion in Portugal, we are seeking responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individuals to conduct customer experience evaluations at dealerships and retail locations in Lisbon and Cascais.
This is a freelance collaboration based on project work. Missions are paid, well-structured, and assigned based on the evaluator's geographical location. Participation can be ongoing or occasional, depending on your availability.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will assess real customer experiences and provide structured feedback through our digital platform.
Each assignment is clearly outlined and typically lasts around 20–30 minutes, making this opportunity ideal for students, young professionals, or anyone seeking flexible work compatible with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
