Key Responsibilities
As a contributor, you will engage in a variety of tasks tailored to each project, which may include:
- Creating intricate electrical engineering challenges that reflect industry standards.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations.
- Validating calculations or simulations using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Enhancing AI reasoning capabilities to conform to industry-standard logic.
- Utilizing structured scoring criteria to resolve multi-step problems.
Qualifications
This role is ideal for electrical engineers with Python expertise who are open to part-time, non-permanent projects. Candidates should ideally possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Excellent written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Proficient in Python for numerical validation tasks.
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects will be considered advantageous.

Project Time Commitment
Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, based on specific project needs. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation
- Paid contributions at rates of up to $50/hour*
- Compensation may be based on a fixed project rate or individual rates, depending on the project.
- Some projects may offer incentive payments.
*Note: Rates are subject to variation based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project requirements, and other factors. Highly specialized experts may be offered higher rates, while lower rates might apply during onboarding or non-core phases of the project. Payment details will be provided per project.
