What the Role Entails
Each project features distinct tasks, which may include:
- Crafting complex physics problems that mirror professional scenarios;
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, foundational assumptions, and limitations;
- Validating computations or simulations using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy;
- Enhancing AI reasoning to conform to industry-standard logical frameworks;
- Employing structured scoring criteria for multi-step problem-solving.
Candidate Profile
This position is ideal for physicists with Python experience seeking part-time, non-permanent project work. The ideal candidates will possess:
- A degree in Physics or a related discipline, such as Engineering Physics, Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, or Optics and Acoustics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physics;
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level);
- Strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation;
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPhys, EurPhys, MInstP) and experience with international or applied projects are advantageous.

Time Commitment

Compensation
- Paid contributions, with rates up to $10/hour*
- Fixed project rates or individual rates based on project scope;
- Some projects include incentive payments.
