About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will engage in a variety of tasks tailored to each project, including:
- Creating rigorous physics problems that mirror real-world applications;
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, foundational assumptions, and constraints;
- Validating calculations and simulations utilizing Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy;
- Enhancing AI reasoning capabilities to comply with industry-standard logic;
- Employing structured scoring methodologies for complex, multi-step problems.
Qualifications We Seek
This position is ideal for physicists proficient in Python, seeking part-time, non-permanent project work. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Physics or a related discipline, such as Engineering Physics, Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, or Optics and Acoustics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physics;
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level);
- Strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation tasks;
- A reliable internet connection.
Possession of professional certifications (e.g., CPhys, EurPhys, MInstP) and experience in international or applied projects will be considered advantageous.

Time Commitment
For this project, we estimate that tasks will require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, based on specific project needs. This is an estimate and does not guarantee a fixed workload.
Compensation
- Paid contributions, with competitive rates up to $55/hour*
- Compensation may be based on a fixed project rate or individual rates, depending on project specifications;
- Some projects may offer incentive bonuses.
