About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter at Numeric, you will be instrumental in building a team of exceptional talent that fuels our ambitious goals. We regard recruiting as a crucial, high-leverage discipline that drives our success. You will implement rigorous processes, continuously seek improvements, challenge the status quo, and offer personalized, high-touch experiences to candidates.
We are in a rapid growth phase and are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will adeptly manage multiple roles, ensuring quality while raising the talent bar. Data-driven decision-making will be key in your workflows as you collaborate with co-founders and department heads to identify and secure top candidates, all while enhancing the candidate experience.
Embracing an in-person culture (5x/week in-office), you will play a vital role in shaping our workplace atmosphere and culture.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Recruitment Initiatives: Own the full-cycle recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for various roles.
Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with founders, hiring managers, and team leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment insights.
