About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to establish and oversee the operational framework that enhances our go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in equipping the sales, marketing, and customer success teams with the necessary tools and insights for effective, data-informed decision-making.
This is a pioneering role—there are no pre-existing guidelines or constraints. You will take full ownership of the entire function, including CRM management, pipeline analysis, forecasting, territory planning, and the architecture of GTM systems. You'll be tasked with defining the strategy and executing it.
You'll collaborate closely with our Founder, Shane Curran, to ensure our GTM teams have the data, tools, and processes to meet ambitious growth targets. This role offers significant autonomy, requiring you to work independently, make informed decisions without needing consensus, and adapt quickly.
What You'll Do
CRM & Systems Administration
Lead HubSpot administration, focusing on workflow automation, data integrity, and tailored reporting.
Develop and uphold a unified source of truth between HubSpot and our broader tech ecosystem (Alguna, Common Room, Grain, marketing tools).
Create and manage dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights into pipeline health and team performance.
Implement and uphold data governance standards across the GTM organization.
Analytics & Reporting
Generate pipeline analytics, including win/loss analyses, conversion rates by stage, and performance metrics across segments.
Develop forecasting models to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning.
Monitor and analyze sales productivity metrics, including activity, velocity, and attainment.
Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate campaign attribution and return on investment.
