What You'll Do
Manage the complete recruitment process for roles across various functions—sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing—with a strong focus on identifying and hiring top-tier technical talent internationally.
Proactively seek out and engage with high-caliber candidates on a global scale.
Anticipate future hiring needs aligned with our growth milestones and prepare the groundwork for those developments.
Develop and oversee our talent acquisition infrastructure, including our ATS, sourcing tools, and interview frameworks.
Collaborate closely with our founder and team leads to thoroughly understand hiring needs and translate them into successful search strategies.
Innovate in our approach to sourcing and connecting with top talent.
Foster a candidate experience that embodies our organizational values.
Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
