The Role
We are excited to welcome our inaugural North America Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead, an individual who seamlessly blends technical acumen with exceptional sales prowess. As a "Renaissance Rep," you will play a pivotal role in defining and establishing our sales processes for a groundbreaking AI product. Reporting directly to the Founders, you will be integral to shaping major strategic decisions.

High Leverage: Be the first representative in one of the most competitive markets in the world—North America.
Responsibilities
Architect the Playbook: Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), design outreach sequences, and create initial sales assets, including presentations, demos, and white papers.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach and technical discovery through to procurement and closing.
The Feedback Loop: Translate complex market objections into actionable product requirements, bridging the gap between market demands and product development.
Tech Stack Ownership: Establish the GTM tech stack (CRM, data enrichment, sequencing tools) with a focus on automation and data integrity from Day 1.
