Having achieved seven-figure revenues with a talented team from esteemed institutions like Stanford, Penn, and Waterloo, we seek a Founding New Business Lead. This pivotal Go-To-Market role is ideal for an energetic sales professional eager to transcend traditional sales models. The chosen candidate will spearhead outbound initiatives, influence our GTM strategy, and thrive in a well-funded environment backed by a $3.1M seed round from top-tier investors, including BoxGroup, GSV Ventures, and visionary angels from OpenAI and SpaceX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Ownership: Manage the complete prospecting cycle for staffing and recruiting firms, from market research to securing high-quality meetings with leadership.
- GTM Strategy: Collaborate closely with our founding team to explore new communication channels, messaging strategies, and Go-To-Market initiatives.
- Targeting & Research: Develop and enhance lists of high-value target accounts, pinpointing key decision-makers in leading staffing firms.
- Personalized Outreach: Design and implement tailored outreach strategies that effectively address challenges in technical hiring and fraud detection.
- Pipeline Development: Ensure a steady flow of high-quality pipeline while maintaining a focus on activity targets and conversion metrics.
