Your Role
As our inaugural go-to-market hire in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand presence in this new market. This is a hands-on position that requires a pragmatic approach and a customer-centric mindset.
You will not be starting from scratch; you will have access to a comprehensive playbook, insights from our successful DACH operations, marketing support, and the essential tools to execute effectively. Collaboration with our founders and the team in Vienna, including marketing and tech, will be key to your success.
This role is set to evolve significantly within 6 to 12 months as our market presence expands, potentially leading to increased responsibilities, including team building and leadership, contingent on performance and traction.
What You’ll Do
Lead the launch in the UK by creating localized landing pages, messaging, and initial tracking systems (with marketing support) to stimulate early interest.
Acquire the first customers through discovery calls, demonstrations, and translating insights into a repeatable sales process.
Develop and engage local partnerships: identify suitable channels, pitch effectively, and support co-selling initiatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction by onboarding, providing support, and gathering feedback to refine our product and its market positioning.
What We’re Looking For
Native English Speaker
Prior experience as a founder/operator or significant expertise in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth within a high-growth SaaS startup.
Strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills; able to plan effectively and deliver results.
Ownership mindset, proactive drive, and strong communication skills.
