As the Forex Country Manager for Colombia, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic business initiatives aimed at enhancing our footprint in the LATAM market. This pivotal role involves leading business development efforts, overseeing partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), and driving client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within the forex sector, a robust network, and a demonstrable history of success in a comparable position.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Business Growth: Formulate and implement strategies to boost DB Investing’s market share across LATAM.
Sales & Business Development: Champion sales initiatives, attract new clientele, and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
IB & Partner Network: Utilize existing connections and recruit new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen our market penetration.
Revenue Generation: Propel revenue growth by meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a high-performing local sales and business development team.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business operations comply with local regulatory standards.
Brand Awareness: Act as the face of DB Investing at industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to enhance brand recognition.
