Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
· Organize and deliver lessons effectively, adhering to the educational standards of our organization.
· Identify and meet educational goals for each module based on the semester syllabus, utilizing standard educational materials (presentations, notes).
· Assess the educational needs of learners and adapt lessons according to their skill levels and the specialty taught.
· Create an interactive and enjoyable learning experience using modern tools and technology applications (multimedia files, YouTube, 3D visualizations) and experiential learning methods (role-playing, simulations, case studies, etc.).
· Utilize the school's digital educational systems.
· Be open to participating in the educational and developmental activities of the School.
Educational Profile:
· In-depth knowledge of the educational subject and the professional field of the specialty taught.
· Genuine willingness to serve, support, and effectively manage learners while embracing their youthfulness and diversity.
· Ability to inspire and motivate students and serve as a role model.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills with learners and colleagues, including active listening.
