We are currently on the lookout for a Floor Manager to join our retail team in Paris (75).
Reporting to the Director, your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring a unique customer experience within your space:
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction;
- Delivering personalized greetings and optimal customer service to all clients;
- Exhibiting proactivity, expertise, and passion (key elements of the experience);
- Facilitating omnichannel retail and web solutions;
- Serving as a role model by sharing your expertise to assist your team in enhancing their interpersonal skills and sales;
- Providing constructive recommendations and proposals to your director in a continuous improvement mindset;
- Ensuring the safety of both people and goods.
Managing and developing your team:
- Leading your team with motivation and fostering a positive and harmonious work environment;
- Encouraging cooperation within the team and among managers;
- Onboarding new team members;
- Planning field organization (monthly scheduling) and overseeing daily schedule execution;
- Guiding each team member to progress by setting clear objectives and ensuring follow-up;
- Providing directives and the necessary resources;
- Enhancing skills to meet customer service and brand image expectations;
- Identifying high-potential team members, recruiting and training, and establishing succession plans with the Store Director;
- Exhibiting managerial courage to support team members.
