Position Overview:
The Fleet Mechanic will perform a variety of essential services, including preventive maintenance, general repairs, and cleaning of company-owned equipment. Responsibilities also include diagnosing mechanical issues, determining optimal solutions, and executing repairs to ensure our fleet operates efficiently while embodying our Core Values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all company equipment
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on company machinery
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility
- Fabricate tools, parts, and other operational equipment
- Become familiar with all company equipment to effectively troubleshoot issues
- Maintain an organized and safe workspace
- Attend training sessions as required to enhance job proficiency
- Utilize equipment and resources safely and efficiently
- Complete additional tasks as directed by management
- Adhere to grooming and attire standards per company policy
