Your Role
We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our London-based FP&A team to help drive the business’s growth through both organic and inorganic strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and understand the overall performance of our organization.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A and collaborating with finance teams and the broader organization, including investors, executive leadership, and senior managers, you will help deliver value through precise reporting, financial planning, and growth management. Our success hinges on our predictability—this is our mission at ITRS FP&A.
Our team operates in-office three days a week and works remotely for two days.
As an FP&A Analyst, you will:
- Prepare Monthly KPIs and Board Reporting: Develop monthly KPI schedules and board materials.
- Oversee Company-wide Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning: Collaborate with the FP&A team and the business to manage planning processes.
- Enhance Management Information: Produce insightful reports that highlight risks and opportunities while constructively challenging outcomes.
- Drive Process Improvements: Seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and add value through collaboration across departments.
- Improve Data Quality: Lead initiatives to ensure data integrity at the source.
