Role Overview
The Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, is integral in executing AlayaCare's monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, period-end, and business analysis processes. This role involves supporting budgeting for both new initiatives and ongoing projects while generating financial reports and insights for senior stakeholders throughout the organization.

Your Responsibilities
Enhance and manage departmental operating budget models to facilitate effective planning and decision-making.
Improve the quality and efficiency of reporting within the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.
Contribute to the development and refinement of reports and presentations for the Board and senior leadership.
Create ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
